Preparation & Ingredients:
To prepare, take 5 tablespoons of the mix and rinse gently with water. Soak in 4 glasses of fresh water for 7–8 hours, then cook in the same water for about 25 minutes. For added flavor and nutrition, you can include coconut or green gram in your porridge.
